e-Invoicing help

You can nominate one email address to be used as your primary user, they will receive a PDF image of the invoice by email. You will also be able to view all your invoices going back seven years via the portal. There are no restrictions on the number of email addresses which can be registered as copy users.

If you opt to sign up to receive electronic invoices via the website portal you will automatically stop receiving paper invoices by post.

A PDF image, spreadsheet or CSV file of your document can be viewed by clicking on the icons or by right clicking on the line and selecting the relevant option.

You can select multiple documents by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the relevant rows. When all are highlighted, right click and select ‘Display Selected’. The system will return you a multi-document PDF or multi-tab spreadsheet, depending on your selection.

You can click on the column header which alternates between Ascending/Descending. You can also amend criteria in the Sort area. (For more help see our user guide)

The system has a designed maximum limit of 6000 results for any search. As standard, these are delivered back in pages of 100 results each. You can change this to up a maximum of 1000 or make it smaller if required.

Right-clicking in the results area, displays a menu is that has the option Save Results. This creates a CSV of all results (not just the first page) and allows you to open it in your spreadsheet program.

Troubleshooting

Please check you’re entering your Email address & password correctly. If your account is locked please contact your administrator.

Passwords are completely managed by you; no one in Royal Mail can view or reset your password. Resets are completed online on the e-Invoicing home page and responses are automatic and require email verification by you.

Most mobile devices are compatible however you may need to install and view in Chrome.
